Deposit
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required.  We will refund one-half of the deposit if cancellation is make 30 days in advance of the arrival date.

Payment
We accept check, cash, travelers check or money order.

Check in/out
Please plan to check-in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 noon.

Departure
After your stay is over, we ask that you strip the beds that have been used, leavind the unused beds made up.  Place the used linen on the floor and spread any wet towels on the edge of the bathtubs so that they might dry.  Dishes should be washed and put away before departure and all foodstufs should be taken with you.  Please lock the doors and leave the keys in the box on the front porch.
